Hello, you are not speaking with an employee of McDonald's. I am a local person who has written a review of my experience. It sounds like you did not gave a good experience and would suggest that you write a review about your experience, or complete the survey on your receipt. Not sure how busy they were or if it there was a new employee. I stop at this McDonald when driving through on driving North on a regular basis.

Keep trying my good man. Persistence is everything.
